A Knowledge Builder shortcut icon is placed on the Client's desktop during installation. Use the following procedure to start Knowledge Builder from its icon.

To view your desktop, minimize all open applications. |

Locate and double-click the Knowledge Builder Icon. |

Wait for Knowledge Builder to open. |
